This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals and entities working for, with, or on behalf of DMARA Quality Services Private Limited, including employees, directors, consultants, contractors, associates, and business partners.
All covered persons are expected to understand and comply with this Code. While it cannot address every possible situation, it establishes the ethical framework and cultural expectations of our organization. 4. Impartiality and Conflict of Interest

5. Anti-Bribery and Financial Integrity
DMARA Quality Services Private Limited maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward bribery, corruption, fraud, or any form of financial misconduct. All transactions must be lawful, transparent, and properly recorded.
6. Gifts, Hospitality, and Entertainment
Gifts or hospitality may be accepted or offered only if they are modest, reasonable, infrequent, and not intended to influence business decisions. Any situation that may appear improper must be avoided or reported to management for guidance.
7. Accurate Records and Reporting
All records, reports, test results, financial data, and documentation must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Falsification, misrepresentation, or omission of material information is strictly prohibited.
8. Protection of Company Assets and Intellectual Property
All company assets, including equipment, data, software, trademarks, technical knowledge, and confidential methodologies, must be used responsibly and protected from misuse, loss, or unauthorized disclosure.
9. Information Security and Confidentiality
Confidential and proprietary information relating to the company, customers, partners, or employees must be protected at all times. Personal data must be handled responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
10. External Communication and Social Media
Only authorized personnel may make official statements, announcements, or respond to media inquiries. Employees must not represent personal opinions as those of the company. Care must be exercised on social media to avoid reputational harm.
11. Inside Information and Confidentiality
Non-public or sensitive information must not be disclosed to unauthorized parties. Any information that could harm the company or unfairly benefit others must be safeguarded.
12. Fair Competition
We comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws. We compete fairly based on quality, service, and competence, and do not engage in price-fixing, market manipulation, or unfair practices.
